Make water glass from lye and cat litter, bind sand with it, harden Fugitive Core blocks with CO₂, and break them out after the pour. The amounts follow your batch.
SiO₂ : Na₂O by weight. 2.4 is the better binder; 2.0 is the easiest to make and the runniest.

| eye | Flush with tap water at once; don't wait for saline. Hold the lids open; take contact lenses out. Lye: at least 30 min; silicate: at least 15 min. Keep flushing on the way to the ER. Never put vinegar or any "neutraliser" in the eye. |
| skin | Take off soaked clothing and jewellery; flush with plenty of water (lye: 30 min). See a doctor for burns. Don't neutralise on the skin. |
| swallowed | Don't induce vomiting. Rinse the mouth. Call 04-7771900 and follow them (sources disagree on giving water). |
| mist | Fresh air. Any shortness of breath in the next 24–48 h: the ER. |
| co₂ | Fresh air, warmth, call 101. Don't step into a low space where CO₂ pooled until it is vented. |
| cold burn | Rinse at least 15 min; don't pull off frozen clothing. |
| chlorine | From bleach gel + vinegar: leave, fresh air, medical help if breathing is hard. |
