The removable negative of a pour, cut into mouldable building blocks, keyed, and listed for assembly.
A triply periodic minimal surface. Blocks are cut from it by a tile grid, and any that would not release are split.
Cast share = how much of the pattern ends up concrete or gypsum. With both set, the wall keeps its thickness and slides toward one side until the share matches.
Faces with a skin are solid cast. Leave at least one face open so the negative can be washed out.
Rounding softens the knife edges where the pattern meets a joint face. Thin parts are coloured red under colour → thin parts.
Every block comes out of a two-part mould pulled straight up and down — checked on each one.
Densities only feed masses and the hold-down estimate — the block material is up to your trials.
