Space-filling cells of a minimal surface, and the blocks the negative of a cast breaks into when cut along them.
Cut the negative along the surface's own space-filling cells: few blocks, each with a curved face (findings 15–18).
Fill the period with small cells; the cells the surface passes through ARE the cast, every other cell is a whole block (finding 19): one mould per size, no undercuts, a faceted cast.
Each block is the region nearest one centre (Bernhard 2026). Centres are the field's lowest (or highest) points; one per labyrinth node.
0 = flat walls (Voronoi cells, one exact polyhedron). Above 0 every point first flows along the field for this distance, so the walls bend toward the field's own drainage basins. Measured: FKS moulds worse at every bend; the gyroid is unchanged up to about 0.02 (finding 17, blend).
Cubes nest 1 → 8, so sizes mix exactly; the other shapes do not nest and come in one size. The wall is made of whole cells: never thinner than about one finest cell.
Block STLs: one exact STL per block size (in a .zip), and the faceted cast of one period.
The release test samples 300 pull directions per piece and counts lines through the piece that cross it twice (an undercut). Flat cells export exactly; bent cells and pieces are voxel meshes (preview quality).
